Est. 1931 · Cape Cod Window Boxes
A gray-shingled home with white trim and a window box spilling over with color is about as Cape Cod as it gets. Keeping it looking that way takes the right plants, the right growing conditions, and regular care throughout the season.
We design, plant, and maintain custom window boxes and planters for homes and businesses across the Cape — from spring flowers and summer color to fall arrangements and holiday greens.

A good window box should look like it belongs on the house. We consider the style of the property, the size and location of the box, sun exposure, and the colors already around the home before choosing what goes in it.
From there, we build the planting with a mix of color, texture, height, and trailing growth so the box looks balanced as it fills in. Plant selections are based on the conditions at your property.

A window box is the first thing anyone sees before they reach your door. On a gray-shingled Cape Cod home, that's not decoration — it's how the house says welcome.

What We Do
Whether you need a one-time planting or want us to keep the displays looking their best throughout the year, we can handle as much of the work as you need.
We select plants around the look of the property and the conditions where they'll be growing, then arrange and plant each container for a full, balanced display.
When one season winds down, we can refresh the containers with plants and materials suited to what comes next.
Containers need attention as they grow. We can return during the season to tidy, deadhead, trim, and refresh plantings as needed.
The same approach works beyond the windows. We can carry the planting design across containers around the property for a coordinated look.

Built for the Coast
Window boxes and planters ask a lot from plants. There's less soil to hold moisture, containers can heat up quickly in the sun, and exposed locations can dry out faster when the wind picks up.
The goal is simple: choose plants that look right together, grow well together, and are suited to the spot where they'll spend the season.
Color Year-Round
They don't have to be a one-season feature. We can change them throughout the year, moving from early spring color into summer plantings, fall textures, and holiday greens as the seasons change.

Full Sun, Full Color
Geraniums, petunias, and calibrachoa in a palette matched to your home, refreshed as the season goes.

The Harvest Look
Seasonal flowers, foliage, and autumn accents bring warmer color and texture to entryways, windows, and patios.

Greens for Winter
Fresh-cut evergreens, berries, and seasonal accents turn the same containers into winter and holiday displays.
